Your $60 ticket includes:

AMUSE BOUCHE: Pork Belly Burnt-End Chicharron
FIRST: Green Apple Salad, Blue Cheese, Candied Pecans, Dried Cherry w/ Cider Vinaigrette
SECOND: Seared Scallop, Butternut Squash Puree, Candied Bacon, Cider Glaze
THIRD: Blackened Pork Tenderloin, Spiced Apple Butter
DESSERT: Baked Apple, Cider Caramel, Vanilla Custard

We don't want to charge you a bunch of outrageous additional fees, so we have listed this event as $20 to RESERVE your spot. Tickets are $60 total, & an additional $10 for the optional welcome cocktail. You will checkout for your remaining $40-$50 ticket (not including gratuity) at the end of your meal on 9/18.
